Design and Formatting of Hindi Magazine<\/strong><\/p>

The Hindi Speaking Union invites quotations from experienced designers\/agencies for the design, layout, and formatting of a 40-page colour Hindi magazine.<\/p>

Quotation Validity: 16 September 2025 to 30 June 2026<\/p>

  1. General Information<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
    • Type of Work: Formatting, layout, and creative design of a Hindi magazine.<\/li>
    • Number of Pages: 40 (excluding cover pages).<\/li>
    • Language: Hindi (content will be provided in Unicode\/Mangal font).<\/li>
    • Magazine Size: 170 mm \u00d7 245 mm<\/li><\/ul>
      1. Content and Layout<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
        • Text: To be provided in editable format (Word\/Google Docs).<\/li>
        • Images\/Graphics: High-resolution photographs and illustrations will be provided. Designer may suggest additional stock images if needed.<\/li>
        • Advertisements: [Specify if applicable \u2013 e.g., up to 4 full pages reserved].<\/li>
        • Sections: Editorial, Articles, Poems\/Stories, Reports and Photographs etc<\/li><\/ul>
          1. Formatting & Design Requirements<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
            • Professional, creative magazine layout in full colour (CMYK).<\/li>
            • Use of Unicode fonts for Hindi.<\/li>
            • Attractive and original cover page design (front and back).<\/li>
            • Consistent typography, page numbering, headers\/footers, and section titles.<\/li>
            • Captions for photographs, where applicable.<\/li>
            • Proofreading of layout for spelling and formatting errors.<\/li><\/ul>

              Note: Copyrighted images of authors will not be accepted. All illustrations must be original.<\/p>

              1. Deliverables<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                • Print-ready PDF file (CMYK, 300 dpi).<\/li>
                • Open design\/editable files (InDesign\/CorelDraw\/Illustrator).<\/li>
                • Compressed PDF softcopy for web upload.<\/li><\/ul>
                  1. Timeline<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                    • First draft layout: Within 5 working days after receipt of all content.<\/li>
                    • Review and corrections: Within 3 working days.<\/li>
                    • Final version: Within 2 working days after approval.<\/li><\/ul>
                      1. \u00a0Quotation to Include<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                        • Total cost of formatting (per page and overall).<\/li>
                        • Cost for cover page design (if charged separately).<\/li>
                        • Cost for minor corrections\/revisions.<\/li>
                        • Any additional charges (if applicable).<\/li>
                        • Payment terms and validity of quotation.<\/li><\/ul>
