Secondary School Hindi Elocution Competition2023

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.The Hindi Speaking Union is organizing a Hindi Elocution Contest for Private and Government Secondary Schools.

2.Rules: –

(a) Open to the students of Forms V and Lower VI

(b) The contest will be held in two stages – Preliminaries and Finals.

(c)  Each school may send a maximum of 3 participants.

(d) Maximum time allotted to a participant is 8 minutes.

(e) Theme: ‘55^th Independence Anniversary of Mauritius’–What does it mean to you?

 (f) Participating schools should make their own arrangement for transport.

(g) The decision of the jury appointed by the Council shall be final.

(h) Prizes :

              1^st Prize – Rs 5,000 + Shield + book+ Medal
              2^ndPrize–Rs 3,000 + Shield + book + Medal
              3^rd Prize – Rs 2,000 +Shield + book + Medal
              Consolation Prize of Rs 1,000 + medal + book to all Finalists.

All participants will receive a book as a token.

(i) The competition will be held between 07 June 2023 to 16 June 2023.
